Vegan Fruit Platter
These platters are my go-to when I have friends or family over. It’s a quick and easy dessert and there are a few simple things to remember when you’re assembling it that will take it from average to a masterpiece.
1. Always choose fruit that is in season. It will taste better and be cheaper too!
2. Begin by placing the largest pieces of fruit first.
3. Place the small pieces of fruit/nuts last and use these to fill in any gaps.
4. Always use good quality chocolate!
Ingredients
1-2 mangoes
250g fresh strawberries
2 passion fruits
200g roasted almonds (unsalted)
150g blueberries
100g good quality dark chocolate
